Chassis

Optimal chassis weight distribution & balance, specific to Carpet Edition or Dirt Edition
Carpet Edition – Gear Box and Motor Plate specifically designed to mount the motor in middle position with top shaft positioned lower
Dirt Edition – Gear Box and Motor Plate specifically designed to mount the motor in either middle position or rear position, with top shaft positioned higher. Gear box can be built with either a 3- or 4-gear configuration, allowing adjustment of the motor orientation from left to right side in either mid or rear positions.

Swiss 7075 T6 hardcoated 2.0mm aluminum chassis: lightweight, strong, rigid

Ultra-lightweight 12mm wheel hex drive hubs CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6 and additionally black-coated have ultra-true hex clamping design which ensures solid mounting of the wheel
Full set of 24 high-speed, blue-sealed ball-bearings are used throughout the drivetrain to ensure maximum efficiency, degreased and oiled with AeroShell® Fluid 12 for maximum smoothness and long life

Suspension

Integrated Suspension Settings (I.S.S.) for quick & easy suspension geometry setting using eccentric bushings inserted into Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum suspension holders
Specially-designed suspension components manufactured from carefully formulated custom composite mixtures to ensure proper flex and durability
Race-perfected suspension geometry for superior performance and versatility in all racing conditions.
Suspension parts: arms, steering blocks, caster blocks and uprights are available in medium and hard hardness for specific track conditions
Lower composite arm mount with integrated 26° kick-up angle; optional aluminum and brass arm mounts available
Lightweight, rigid caster blocks can achieve different overall caster angles using included caster bushings

Steering

Simple yet effective dual-arm steering system
Fully bearing-equipped with 8 high-speed ball-bearings for very precise steering
Easily-adjustable Ackermann by quickly changing the steering link mounting positions on the steering plate
Bump steer adjustment for more aggression
Ackermann adjustment via included shims or using various graphite extension plates on steering blocks

Shocks

Consistent, reliable, membrane-free shocks with bleed-screw shock cap design feature up-stop & downstop adjustment via shims (under shock collar, and under pistons, respectively)
Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum shock bodies, lower nut & bleeder shock caps
Super-precise molded Delrin™ pistons are offered with different holes & diameters for precise shock adjustment; for custom adjustment, a set of blank pistons (no holes) are also included
Shock rods are machined from a special steel material, precision hand-ground for maximum smooth operation and additionally hardened for increased lifespan
Premium shock springs designed specifically to complement the XB2 shocks; manually measured, selected and matched into pairs to guarantee equal length and damping characteristics; laser engraved for easy identification
Full line of linear -or- progressive shock springs available
Premium silicone oils laboratory tested and calibrated to ensure highest possible consistency and quality

Body, Wings, Wheels:

High-downforce, low-profile aerodynamic Lexan™ body designed to perfectly fit the XB2, flat cockpit & body sides to direct airflow for improved side stability, and rooftop flow channels
Tough composite side guards feature double-sided Velcro™ tape to seal the body perfectly to the chassis and seal against dirt.
Optional available ultra-lightweight body for very-high-traction tracks conditions
Stylish, effective Lexan™ rear wing designed to work perfectly with the XRAY XB2 body, supported on wing mounts by extra flat shims to better support and extend the life of the wing. Optionally available thicker 1.5mm (#323511) rear wing for higher traction & stability
Lexan™ front wing generates front downforce, mounted directly on the front shock tower
Specially designed 12mm hex hub wheels for high-competition racing; featuring reinforcement ribs to eliminate deformation and molded from very flexible material to retain shape even after impacts
